1. Hotel Registration
The rooms are for accommodation service. Each person staying in the rooms must be registered at the reception. Guests staying at the hotel must present their passport or ID card upon check-in. Unregistered visitors are not allowed to enter the room. For unregistered guests, an extra fee for 1 person will be charged to the account of the guest staying in the room. We can place your request on the Booking Waiting List for a date when our hotel is full, and we will give priority to your request if space becomes available.
2. Hotel Check-in/Out
The entrance to our hotel starts at 14:00. Check-outs are made until 12:00 at the latest. We would like to thank you in advance for your sensitivity to the departure time.
3.Early Entry/Exit
Guests who want to check in to our hotel earlier than 14:30 can check in if their rooms are ready. Breakfast requests are subject to an extra charge on the morning of our early check-in guests.
4.Room Type and Selection
Since we are a 10-room facility, our customers can choose the room they want to stay in prior to booking based on availability. The paid room is withdrawn from sale and a final reservation form is sent to your name.
5.Food Items Purchased from Outside
It is not allowed to bring food and drink from outside to our hotel and to consume it in common areas. We are not responsible for any health problems that our guests may encounter due to these foodstuffs.
Families with 6th Children
We are always happy to see children with their parents in our hotel. Those under the age of 18 can stay accompanied by their parents. Please do not forget to bring your children’s IDs with you. Additional bed placement in our rooms causes congestion. For this reason, we recommend that families with 2 or more children book 2 rooms or studio rooms next to each other for their comfort. Extra beds and baby cots are free for children aged 0-7, and chargeable for children over 7 years old. Children should never be left alone on the terrace and should not be allowed to climb on the furniture in the room. stairs etc. Children should be accompanied in places.
7.Alcoholic Beverage Service
Alcoholic beverages are sold and served to adults over the age of 18 only. Please remember to have your ID with you.
8.Reservation Security
According to the “Tourism and Hotel Management Ethics Rules” determined by the Ministry of Tourism for Accommodation Facilities, the entire fee of the requested rooms is collected and withdrawn from the sale, in order to prevent the guests from being victimized by making double reservations one after the other.
9.Cancellation and Refund Rules
For reservations made through online reservation pages or by phone, your reservation can be canceled unconditionally and a refund will be made up to 7 days before the accommodation date. No cancellation or refund request will be accepted when less than 7 days are left before your stay. No refunds or discounts are made for early departures. For reservations made on the Hera Hotel website, refunds are made according to the reservation condition you have chosen.
Hygiene Rules in 10.Rooms
No animals are allowed due to hygiene rules. In case of violation of this rule, a penalty equal to the nightly room rate will be charged for each day of stay. Smoking and smoking are not allowed inside the rooms and in the covered public areas of the hotel. In case of drinking, a fine is imposed according to the law. Room balcony and open areas are free.
11. Valuables
You can hand over your valuables to the receptionist. We are not responsible if your personal belongings are lost or stolen.
12.Morning Breakfast
Our breakfast is open buffet and is at your service between 8:00-11:00. Food and beverages not available in the buffet are chargeable. Your guests coming from outside can benefit from the open buffet for a fee.
13.Car Park
Our parking lot is free of charge for our guests and their guests staying at our hotel.
14. Loss, loss

Our rooms are visited and cleaned by our housekeepers every day. Our staff will understand you if you leave the towels you want to be changed on the floor, and if you do not want them to be changed, hang up your towel. If room cleaning is not requested, inform the receptionist.
